An approach to divorce that isn’t threatening ...

where a couple can create their divorce plan together in the same room. That approach exists and is called Collaborative Divorce. Collaborative Divorce is a process where each spouse hires their own legal representative and agree to stay out of court.  Other professionals can be brought in,  such as Certified Divorce Financial Analysts to help with decisions around asset division and financial support, and divorce facilitators to help with communication and parenting plans.

The clients and professionals all meet together to build a divorce plan that works for both sides. The process saves the clients time, money and emotional trauma during one of the most difficult transitions of their lives.
